Meeting at HS to discuss the way forward
OUTCOME
1.HS Luke- Supplied Brooms Heavy duty gloves bin bag etc
2.HS Nivene- supplied vouchers towards any refreshment
3.HS To arrange a work party to clean up the Car Parks and in the next 3 weeks and they would clean and tidy no24 Coln Close and help on a regular basis
4.Cllr Jack Douglas was also present
who agreed to help with printing leaflets etc and the community centre donated two much needed 5L flask for having Hot and Cold for our volunteers
